Current Project

In the works is Regicide my debut novel set in the same world as my current TTRPG campaign. This has been in the works since late 2017, starting as a comic, then into a mixed media web story, which turned out to be an illustrated novel, so novel route I went! The manuscript & 40 illustrations are done, I'm currently working on the cover & extra content. I'm also on the hunt for a publisher. So wish me luck!

Synopsis: When the Panthera arrived in The Rav, the peaceful Mustel people welcomed them with open arms. They took this kindness as an opportunity, as weakness. They waged war, crushed every wielder of the arcane, felled all who did not bow to their new King, and killed the Mustel God. Despite their late attempts to fight back, in no time the Pantheran warriors spread their dominion across the continent. Shore to blood-drenched shore.

This was Holt’s introduction to the world, born in that time of turmoil. As an adult, he struggles to find his place in the world, cautiously walking the streets of Guravs capital city. The pressure exerted by the Pantheran regime upon what remains of his people has reached a boiling point. So when Holt saves the life of an injured assassin, he’s thrust into doubting everything he’s known about those who hide in Gurav’s shadows, into fear about his boyfriend’s disappearance, and, into turmoil over the crimes he must commit.

Like all of his people, he was unlucky enough to lose everything. Like his fallen ancestors, he must cast aside his gentle nature and help kill the most powerful figure his world has ever suffered.

Many comics I create go unfinished & unreleased, explorations and thoughts that I want to express on paper. Tonight I Die is one of these comics, but this one has an ending, one that I'd like to share.
